Baby Boomers Are Serious About Working From Home

Baby Boomers are some Serious prospects these days…Learning about technology and keeping up with the times. They have the desire and drive to start an online business that will go the distance.

Keep your message simple and, not like a message from an all knowing guru who are great salespeople but they aren’t retaining people for the long haul. Then, there is all that glitz and glam sprinkled with tons of technologically advanced pages and products.

Don’t get stuck being the consumer.

Be the entrepreneur.

All of the big Guru’s Friends and buddies online don’t make a living online. It’s all the up front contact that sucks you in, then, what is left? A team that wonders what is going on…

Mix in personal stuff about you and your family. Get real. The more transparent you are the better. (Well, to a degree, that is.)

Simple Basics of Attraction Marketing-Quick Tips

1. My Facebook page.

Facebook has an application or tool called “notes” and those are valuable! You can post a ‘mini blog’ lesson on a note and then link to a blog post on your personal blog with a training video and get free, targeted traffic to your content that way.

2. Twitter – Do this:

Think of some good lesson (like this one). Create a blog post or article about it and even a camtasia video (more on that in another lesson)… Post that information in depth on your personal blog and on youtube.

Now, go tweet that you’ve got a free training tip on your blog. Put your link to Facebook on your tweet!

This way people who want to get the information MUST request to be your facebook friend (building that list)…

They get to your facebook note and read a summary of your training and to read the full lesson and watch the video they click on the link and get to your blog.

At the end of your lesson, your blog post invites them to more free training.

Presto – A list building formula.

That’s how I put all these little pieces together to make one smooth education/marketing system out of all this and it works great.

3. Blog -

You can always post training and relevant content you learn on your own blog. Use the proper keywords in your title, description and tags and you literally force the search engines to expose your content to targeted traffic searching for that type of information.

4. Ezine Articles -

publish articles with your content just like with a blog… it will give you more search engine exposure and also attract people from that specific community to your content.

5. Videos -

I love taking my blog posts or email lessons and making training videos out of them… VERY effective to include in your blog and on video sharing sites like youtube.

Etc… there are many different ways to publish and share your content (coming in another post) and we’ve only listed some of the most effective I’ve used.

So now, we have a great attitude, and some relevant content being shared…

And, you can go here for more affordable tips and strategies for building your online business. Simple, too!

We’ve also started to build our list with networking on Facebook and Twitter and other social media sites…stay tuned for more!
